Holding you in my thoughts, cyn. I have been through the instantaneous fear of cancer scares before. Keep praying and talking to GOD outloud. Hopefully it is nothing but if it is, they caught it very early on. I should have been dead 35 years ago! Keep on staying positive. That is a very big thing.

(((Hugs)))

Me too, Cyn. Nine years for me, and I’m still here.

Thank you all --you give me hope! It appears to be cancer this doctor said. He said usually the liver does not get cancer on it's own and it has spread from elsewhere and if that is the situation it is a poor outlook. I get the biopsy on Thursday for my liver and later on my lungs because I have to go into Charlotte to get that as it is much more difficult. Feeling very confused--lots of mixed emotions of course. I am not talking about this much to anyone as I am still trying to accept it myself. I still do not know for sure what is going on but it's something for sure. Will write more tomorrow and thanks so much for sharing your experiences--as I said it gives me hope! Love you all!

Hugs, honey. My first husband (bad husband, good father) was operated on for lung cancer, but now has lung cancer spread to the liver. He’s being treated and so far, so good.

We are truly blessed to live in this age of modern medicine.

Never lose hope, cyn.
You are not alone.
So many people love and care about you. Here and in the "real" world.

I have another on-line friend..."English Dave" who suddenly found out he has cancer and has had another surgery and is starting radiation treatment. It was only in August that he found out.

We need to find the source of our strength and lean into it. Quakers say, "I am holding you in the light" (the purest light of God's love for us)

Cyn, I will be holding you in the light

Good Morning. Woke up thinking of you cyn and holding you in the light.....as I light the candles on our family altar.

"We are held in love and mystery greater than we will ever know or could understand."
"All will be well again, I know."

Those two quotes are the bedrock of my faith.....for they really provide assurance that no matter the adversity we are facing...we can count on a loving universe and lean on infinite love.
