I just made the filling for two French Canadian Meat pies for the holiday. I wasnt going to make them this year....but I do love them and associate them with friends at Christmas. My kitchen smells so good right now.
Not sure what I would do without my dear friend here! She is doing such a wonderful job with my animals and me too. I am blessed.
Now I need to start working on my arm, slow and steady!
Today we wrap my grand daughters Christmas gifts and do some laundry. Looks like possible ice storms heading our way so I am concerned with that. All we can do is wait and see. Since Joyce has had both knees replaced and a hip she can't afford to fall and with my arm and recent findings with bone problems I sure don't need to fall either so well just have to take it one day at a time.
Hope everyone is have a wonderful time and enjoying life today!
Have a blessed day!
