Anyone shipped a car from island to island? And how about a boat? What was your quote? from/to where?

See Young Brothers Barges - they have published tariffs. Call them. (I remember somebody posting about paying $100 each way to get a car from the Big Island over to a Honolulu dealer for service.)

Pasha also now has pewrmission to ship interisland, and is better set up to handle cars and boats, but they only travel Honolulu > Kahului > Hilo before returning to San Diego.

We recently paid a couple dollars short of $300 to ship a medium weight (2501-4000 lb) auto from Honolulu to Kawaihae with YB.

We have a trailered boat that has gone from Oahu to Kawaihae (10 years ago) for $825, then back to Oahu (5 years ago) for $1050. I'm sure it would be even higher now.
