Default Flying large dogs to Europe

Don't know about flying pets to European locations except the UK where you will have the same Rabies free issues as here in Hawaii.

You will have to check with the individual airliner - however I never heard of an airline who allowed a pet over 20 lbs in the cabin, unless they are service animals.

Not possible - no airline will allow it (IATA doesn't allow it.)

Please note:
a) depending on where in Europe, a dog coming from the US can face up to one year quarantine &/or at the very least you need 6 months serology work to document rabies antibodies.
b) Various counties in Europe have legislation banning certain breeds &/or crosses thereof and - again, depending where - it can come down to nothing more than the dog "looks" to be a certain breed, at which point authorities can and will seize and destroy the dog.
c) do you have any idea what it costs to transport a dog internationally?
