I always say *I* stay on the beach to hold the purses and take the photos.

Try driving around the back of Koko Head and walking into the Plumeria garden there:

It is H on this map, but the location is wrong:

Honolulu Botanical Gardens - Google Maps

Here is the correct location:

Happy anniversary, congrats on a good year, and many happy returns! (And many happy returns to Kauai, too, though I understand your desire to check out Maui next. We're off to the Big Island in two weeks for a swim meet, and I do love it over there; haven't been since 2005.)

Are you going to the party on Saturday? I am not since I have an early flight on Sunday morning.

I am an participant in Access Surf and it was the first time I had been in the ocean since I went blind (I am also in a wheelchair but became VERY fearful after losing my sight).

I have a service dog from the same place that everyone else there (at access surf) has theirs from. In fact Simba's handler will be watching my boy while we are off Island (I won't say his/her name on this forum buthe/she is employed at the Rehab hospital and EVERYONE at access surf knows /himher!).

The volunteers make it possible for people like me to enjoy the ocean again (since it is soooo difficult to maneuver a wheelchair at the beach). I will miss the next surf day since it is the day after we return and we'll be jet lagged.
