Even crawling into bed as my knee touched it bed, it felt a bit sensitive and unstable. Hopefully, this leads me in the right direction.
If you have doubts, unanswered questions or an uneasy feeling about that evaluation, consider a third--especially if they recommend surgery.

Update: So it has been a week since the work accident and here is what I noticed. A couple of days ago after work, I felt a sharp pain within my knee and it swelled again after wearing a brace.

I have been wearing the brace at work since I am on my feet most of the day. Another thing I noticed is that is feels a lot more unstable. Just this morn, I woke up and as I was walking/gently lifting my leg, it feels like something is overly stretched or torn underneath the patella.

My appointment with the specialist is May 20th so I am kinda nervous about anything happening again until then. Especially since my job is primarily me standing and walking.
