Actually there is this thing called intermittent fasting that tells you not to eat..so..also several studies now say eating 30% less can extend life span.
I was pretty clear i just wanted to cut back. I don't know why people can't say with the topic at hand.

Of course not.. that would sure as heck destroy the chicken / egg industry but also rarely are such things able to be proven with specificity. While I do have my doubts that this could be a thing.. as I said about 97 times now... no matter what, I want to reduce my egg intake.
If it makes you happy just assume I woke up one day and Jesus came to me and said "thee shall not eat so many eggs."

Doctors know less than cats about nutrition. I wouldn't trust anything they say on the matter with a 10 foot pole.
That "just eggs" option sounds great. In fact I saw they had a "just" line of food (mayo) that is vegan. I will try that.

You'd trust strangers on the internet to tell you what to eat for breakfast because you "forgot" what you should eat for breakfast, but you won't trust a licensed medical professional whose credentials you can check out for yourself, with an actual appointment in person at his/her office, who can examine you personally, order and interpret your actual bloodwork from an actual laboratory. Again - that's pretty disturbing.
I don't know. And given that I feel like I better not chance it. As I said though I thinking having one or two a week won't be a problem but currently I am having 2 pretty much per day. For a total of 14 per week. Thats not good. Let me check out the freeze-dried egg.
go to REI or Walmart. They sell dried eggs for camping. I've tried them and they're not bad actually. I sometimes put mustard on them.

I didn't read this whole thread, but some non meat lowish carb options besides eggs are:
nuts and seeds (breakfast for me is sometimes as simple as a handful of whole almonds and an apple)
tofu (great for scrambles)
plain Greek yogurt
And though not entirely low carb, chickpea flour (also called Besan flour) is great for making a non egg omelet. I mix 1/2 cup chickpea flour with spices such as cumin and basil leaves, and 1/2 cup water to make a batter, then pour it onto a nonstick pan or a pan with oil (I use coconut oil) and cook it like a pancake. As it starts to bubble, I add chopped leafy greens and various chopped veggies or homemade salsa to the top, then fold the pancake over. Cook a few more seconds on that side, flip and cook a few more seconds on the other side, and that's it. It has an eggy like flavor and is about 10 grams protein per 1/2 cup.
With the toilet paper shortage, the answer to what to eat is simple. Fiber, fiber, and more fiber.
