I got vertigo about 8 years ago, went away in about three. No known cause, no treatments taken.
DH had nausea start about 3 years ago. Random, comes and goes, no known cause.
This, as you will notice, is all before vaccines.
You never had a vaccine until after 8 years ago? I know you have an autoimmune disorder so I assumed you have been 'well vaccinated'.

Etc.
Oh yes, must be ear crystals if your family didn't have side effects.

Well, I would have been in my mid 40s, and my vaccines were as a child.... it would be downright.... insane.... to make a correlation between my childhood vax and a bout with vertigo.
Oh wait.... it must be the flu vax... I get it.
I had a pimple last week, damn covid vax!!!
