All I'm doing since I tore up my right elbow is hanging in there! I did manage to change the clocks out though.
I broke my right (dominant) wrist several weeks ago while gardening. I just fell backwards while tugging on an established plant and used my right hand to break the fall. Osteoporosis is no joke - this was a very short fall but the bones in my wrist just gave out. So there's very little for me to do while it heals but I did manage to contract with a paving company to rip out our driveway, replace it with pavers and build a small patio area in the front of our house.
I'm very excited about having a patio/lanai area in the front of the house since we have a lot of lovely neighbors who walk by and chat. Hubby prefers the backyard pool and lanai. We're total opposites.

Ouch ouch ouch! So sorry about your wrist!
You're right - osteoporosis is no joke. After my all, since I broke my elbow, the doc ordered a bone density test (I think I had to schedule it 4 or 5 months out so it can't be TOO serious). He said they always order a bone density test if someone falls and breaks anything after age 50. Well, I'm 58 but I swear if a freaking TWO YEAR OLD had fallen like I fell on my elbow, it would have broken. Doc said from my X rays it just looks like age appropriate bone loss whatever that means. So ugh.
The weird thing is that I have not been in a cast since the surgery, even though I have an 8 inch long incision and I broke both bones in my lower arm (at the elbow). That's because it's all titanium now and they don't want the elbow to stiffen up but dang, I have felt very exposed if that makes sense. It's been awful. I don't know which would be worse - a cast or no cast. Both suck, I guess!
I think your front patio area sounds beautiful! I love sitting outside.
I think you'll like the Armstrong vinyl. I really like what we used in the basement, at least. The flooring we got came in the rigid core click-lock style and also the glue in style. We opted for the click-lock (which, actually, was the more expensive option in that line) and the installation wasn't tough. But, the glue down looks like a good product also.
Just to update, I love it. The glue-down was my preference as I wanted as near-waterproof as I could get.
It's been great!
Currently I am working on finishing painting the trim and doors in the hallway. I am SO tired of painting, but after doing the kitchen and dining room back in 2016, I am a darn good painter now so I will finish this part, and hire a pro to do the crown in the living room and the baseboard and trim in the bedrooms. So far though, it is really difficult to find a painter that actually has the know-how to paint properly. I have had 3 quotes, and so far not impressed with any of them.
