I don't see it as a true exotic like a Ferrari or a Porches. Not do I think its In the same league. So yeah Honda.

And there are lots of people out there that will say a Porsche isn't a true exotic either. I say the same thing, and I'm a Porsche owner. They have too many lower priced models that dilute the brand to say ""Porsche" as a whole are exotic.

True. I used to have a 914-6 & no one at that time thought much more about it then say a 2.0. People said the same thing about the 924 & the 944.
Even still the NSX never felt like it was anything special when I drove one. It was quick for the day & well built
I felt like I was driving a Accord to some extent that had more power & better handling. It didn't thrill me in other words. Again I guess it depends on the person in question.

A select few Porsches (the Carrera GT comes to mind) might be exotic, but not the brand as a whole.

Porsches are too reliable, too mainstream, too often seen on the road to be an exotic. That's probably a good thing.

My guess if you can buy a particular new car off the lot, it's not a supercar. A supercar can only be specially ordered and the mfg usually decides who gets one.
