It was first reported that a girl 11 years of age was raped by more than 13 men in a trailer in Cleveland (Texas) near Houston. Now further information reveals that it was more than 18 males who were involved. Cell phone videos of the rape were distributed around different schools.
There were even some people alleging on the forums that the little girl was promiscuous and it was basically her fault for getting the men in trouble. The girl was identified as Hispanic and of possible immigrant background. Her mother is sick in the hospital, and her father was a construction worker. She was taken into the trailer by one of the perps and threatened into engaging in sexual acts with them.
The other troubling dimension of this is that the
Black Panthers are now getting involved and are trying to inflame racial tensions. They believe it is an outrage that all of the suspects of the crime are black, even though there is video evidence. They apparently want to twist what is a heinous and evil pedophilic act done on a little girl into a black-white issue, of all things. Should anyone take these clowns seriously would only mean that society has officially gone insane.

This is absolute craziness!! Watched a video on CNN with a caller saying that it was basically the parents fault for not knowing where their kid was and that it is not a bad neighborhood and that the kids are all good kids and that this is a shame because their lives are ruined. What abt this poor little girl who is only 11 years old!!!??? What abt her life which is now ruined because of these so called innocent men/ boys. What abt her???? As far as making it a white vs black thing um there is VIDEO and to me it does not matter abt race no matter what race did this to this child no matter what race she is!!!! This is pure ignorance and a total break down of society in my book. Race is NOT the issue at hand it is the crime that was done. That trailer needs to be burned to the ground once the investigation is done. The caller stated that nobody knew of this so called trailer just a street away from her home and what was going on in it. Really!!?? I want to know why nobody from this area is sticking up for this little girl?? All we are hearing is oh what a terrible situation this is for those boys. Come on really!??? Nancy Grace where are you is what I say or really any news person who fights for the good!!

Some in that community are holding a rally at night, with the support of the Black Panthers. They say they want answers regarding the case, yet are complaining why it is getting so much attention. Obviously, it wouldn't have anything to do with the grave magnitude of the crime and the horrendous attitude some of them are showing? It seems some are trying to spin this into a "woe is us" towards others who are appalled at the crime done by several members of their community. The crime is indisputable as there is video evidence to confirm it.
This is simply a culture at its most corrupt and vile, trampling over an atrocity committed on a single girl by various men during a prolonged period of time, to paint themselves as victims and blame everything else outside. As others have said, this is beyond reason and almost cannot be explained.

I suggest they move the trial to a different area - since this community is evidently too twisted to hold a real trial against these child-rapists.

I believe the parents should also be charged with child endangerment. As for the men/boys involved, life in prison without parole. There's no help for rapists and there certainly is little for those who video tape and cheer.
