Also what is the website for pcp? Thanks.
I havn't heard anything else lately about the landfill. I had heard that if it goes in it will be a landfill for construction debris and not regular household garbage. Please check your messages for the web address to our website. Thanks for asking.

My husband and I just recently purchased a 2 acre tract of land in Peach Creek. We are hoping to start building our house at the end of this year. There looks to be lots of progress going on. In section 2 the roads are paved and it doesn't look like the electrical poles or water has been done yet. I have been told that that will start soon. has anyone heard different?

Thanks

Neil,

Peach Creek is a beautiful place, and after meeting many of the landowners, our neighbors will be fantastic.

Some people are frustrated with the progress, but with the economy and all, things have slowed down.

However, the developer is still working and lots are still selling. I think it's a great investment for the future. It's a long term investment however, as work is progressing slowly.

I agree with everything you've said. Do you own property there now?

I do own property there. I drove through just the other day. Although I wish more work was going on, I understand the situation.
