I found it is really dangerous to get out of the Subvision (turn left - going North) lately.
Try using the back entrance. It just opened up about a week or so ago. I find it easier to go that way.

Yes, That Is what I have been doing lately, but let me tell you that Traffic light needs to be installed pretty soon.

Yeah I agree. With Cardiff Ranch right across from us would make it so much easier.

I've never found it that hard to get out of the neighborhood onto FM1463. The speed limit going north is only 45 mph, so don't be shy with the go pedal and you shouldn't need much of a space to pull out.

I can only imagine how long it'll take to get down 1463 once they put a light every 100 yards. It'll be just like the light at 1463/1093 where you typically find 3-5 dozen people waiting at the light to cycle around while the "green" direction is empty.

FYI,

The traffic light at the entrance of Churchill Farms and Cardiff Ranch has been installed but not working yet. I was there last night putting the deposit for our new home to be built sometime in January/February.
