After almost 20 years in that location, they lost their lease, and are leaving. I'm wondering if that little complex is getting razzed.

They were on of the few places during IkE that stayed open during the two weeks of no power. While I seldom visited,it was a popular place and they will be missed.

With all the new high end apartments going in from Kirkwood to Eldridge I can see alot of rejuvenation in the small businesses in this area over the next few years. How long will the other old apartment blocks last as the land becomes more valuable?

They have a place on 290, so I guess they are keeping that one open. So much has opened along Memorial the past two years, they no longer have a monopoly on fresh, breakfast type things.
