Ok, we have Gringos, Lupe tortilla, BJ's Brewhouse, Luby's, and Longhorn Steakhouse among others, but when will we get a Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang's, or even Pappadeaux or Pappasitos? Waiting......

Those you listed are upscale? Try Killen's Steakhouse and Perry's. The ones you named are chains and not upscale!

I think with the way west Pearland retail development is trending I don't think it'll ever see high end restaurants or retail.

Killens isn't a chain. At the most the guy has two but I am thinking its just pearland but could be wrong.

Pappadeaux's has not expanded since....I don't know when. The 610 location gets its fair share of Pearlanders and people are willing to drive miles for their "alright" food so why waste money building?
