It could very well be a Riverstone issue and mostly the fiber part. I have an appointment scheduled for Friday and I have to be home and wait for those guys. What a pain in the butt. I have my ATT work Wi-Fi hotspot but man is slow

Default Same troubles

Hello - I recently had entouch out to install 1 gig to my home in sienna. The speeds so far have been very sporadic and have an appt for a tech guy this Wednesday. My download speeds are normally around 400 wifi but the upload is 30 or so. I would expect both to be higher. When I hard wire directly to my desktop I am seeing close to 600 download with the upload normally around 100 but once went as high as 850. I have cat 5e throughout the house and the router is a linksys wrt1900ac. I will purchase another router is needed but would think the one I have now is sufficient. Anyway, I wanted to check in and see how the performance has been and have your issues been straightened out or am what I am seeing the norm. I still have Comcast service just in case this doesn't work out though their speeds are quite a bit slower....but at least they are delivering the speed expected.

Thanks for any feedback!

The speed is consistent and I get close to 900 up and down. When it works. Lately is been stable. You need a router that really supports 1G speed. This is what I have and is fairly cheap.

http://www.amazon.com/EdgeRouter-ERL.../dp/B00CPRVF5K

But based on reviews your router should give you about 800MB. Plug your computer directly and see.

Use speedtest.entouch.net
