That's a stretch....maybe the part of Sugar Land by Townewest (which isn't in Sugar Land proper)? You're talking about a very small part of Sugar Land....and even then I'd say it doesn't border the 'worse" areas in Houston

Cinco Ranch is very diverse, like all of the South Katy high schools are less than 50% White and are over 20% Hispanic and Asian as well as 8% Black. The Woodlands is decently diverse as well. Although for Houston standards you wouldn’t call an area where the schools have a racial super-majority diverse.
