I guess it depends on credit profile and loan type but I saw a few 5.5s last year. Even from 4.9 to 3.5 that’s a pretty big swing.. enough to justify a refinance.

Sigh. I have had plenty of past clients call regarding re-finance. It so depends on their current vs. new rates. Sometimes not worth it - sometimes yes. Talk about new closing costs vs. savings.
