Well I certainly believe Atascocita is the fastest growing part of Houston. I just hope they can get a handle on the traffic mess.

When the new census data comes out, there will be plenty of surprises. The Houston area has experienced tremendous growth in general. I expect to see: Cypress, Spring, The Woodlands, Katy, Atascocita, Pearland and Clear Lake posting huge gains.

I don't think so. I'd say it's most likely a tie between the Katy and Cypress areas. The Woodlands and Sugar Land right after them. This is in raw numbers though, not percentages. Can't wait to see the new data, though. Nice to see other parts of Houston grow (like Atascocita).

If only we could get a Costco near by! I think they should by the land down on 1960 where the old KMart was. That would be the perfect spot for um!

Well, it has the best route north. 290 and 45 are hellish. They expanded 59, and are extending the expansion. I Belt all the way over to 59 to get to NE Texas v. the shorter mileage trip via 45. Time wise it's 15 minutes fast with no parking in Conroe.
