Same here. I emailed the manager.

I'm hoping to try this one this week.

In the mean time I have a Venice pizza waiting for me to go pick up...

Went to Cork & Crust..

Blodgett oven. So no charring of the crust.

1) Crust - a bit thin for me, but solid. Crispy, very crispy.
2) Sauce - we asked for extra sauce, and it wasn't nearly enough for me. What sauce we got was pretty good.
3) Cheese - could use a bit more cheese. Homemade mozzarella is really, really good.
4) Toppings - home made sausage - very, very good. Good topping coverage.

Price - a bit high, but I'll go back again.

Seems for the price, they aren't being too generous with some of the ingredients.

Hmm... I judge a pizza on the crust and the sauce. I'll be disappointed if there isn't enough sauce.
