What like strip clubs? Or the aquarium? I don't know why you're so concerned with Huntsville offering what Atlanta has. Atlanta is Atlanta. A more reasonable example for Huntsville to follow might be Chattanooga. Now there is a city that is nearly the same size as Huntsville. It's prospering and has lots to offer for families and young adults alike and hasn't sprawled to bejesus and back.

The reason why I'm so concerned with Huntsville offering what Atlanta has because alot of people say that Huntsville reminds them of Atlanta. Since Huntsville lacks entertainment, it should offer what Atlanta has since people say that Huntsville is a small Atlanta! If Huntsville is somewhat like a "small Atlanta," then it should offer some of the stuff that Atanta has.

Also, it was good that you considered that Huntsville should follow Chattanooga. Since, Huntsville and Chattanooga are the same size in population, why should Huntsville want to follow Chattanooga. Instead, Huntsville, a growing city, should go beyond its way and follow Atlanta so that it can be better than Chattanooga in the entertainment catergory.

"People say..."

Personally, I don't see many similarities between Atlanta and Huntsville. And I don't see why any "small city" should expect to have what a large world class city like Atlanta has, whether good or bad. Nor should we necessarily aspire to be another Atlanta. Not a big fan of Atlanta myself.

Huntsville does not remind me of Atlanta in the least! Huntsville, while a nice place with a lot of companies is just a big town, some kind of suburbia in the north of Alabama.

Huntsville just needs to think of some other solutions to keep its people and newcomers amused and needs to attract the younger generation.

You can't be serious.

Huntsville doesn't remind me of Atlanta at all and, quite frankly, I haven't heard anyone make that sort of claim, either.
