I completely disagree with your assertion however that both liberals (Marxist) and conservatives are the same. Even at the upper tier of the party great swaths of difference separate the two. If somehow you grew up a Kennedy Democrat you might be right, but Kennedy Democrats are vastly different than Obama Democrats and you would be considered a libertarian by the modern Democratic party.

I would say more libertarian, TEA party type. Less Evangelical, Rush Limbaugh. But still all in all, conservative.

This is very true....the political parties have changed and the democratic party has changed the most.....to the point it really is a different party. Many people are leaving to become independent or part of the silent majority. My wife is a perfect example. She was pro Hillary but now is shocked at what the democrats represent and their tacit approval of the chaos that is unfolding. She now sees the hypocrisy of some media outlets and their lack of integrity. She is now part of the silent majority based on the actions of the party she used to adore!

I am not affiliated with either party and will never affiliate with one....but my values don't come from a man/woman or the laws they enact but from a higher authority.
