I don't think I've ever seen a public official with such blatant disregard for the will of the people he is supposed to represent. This is all about buying future votes. Nothing but a power trip. I am so frustrated. Vote them all out.

where does it say that in the Constitution?

It is tradition for victorious nations to grant pardons to the defeted combatants and the civilian residents. En Masse.

And if a Nation can forgive War Crimes, how can it not forgive Crossing a border without proper documentation?

if the shoe fits..........

this is where we are headed

Executive Orders can be challenged in court. These challenges to the EO are that the Order deviates from "congressional intent" or exceeds the President's constitutional powers.

The fundamental criticism of Executive Orders is that a President could make major policy decisions without congress by exercising his authority to create EO.

Why do you always state the obvious as if that is going to change our minds about how we feel about this? Just because a President has the legal ability to do something doesn't mean it is right, especially when the majority do not agree with it.

You act like you are the legal voice of reason up in here all the time.
