Also, all you need to "impeach" is the House (simple majority). To convict, you need 2/3 of the Senate.

I wouldn't doubt it. IMO, there is no partisanship involved in this; BOTH parties are guilty of courting the vote of those they wish to pardon for different reasons. If Obama does this, he and his party will be obliterated in November and 2012.
