I am curious as to why illegals who have babies on American soil their child is granted instant citizenship, but in contrast all Indians were not made citizens until 1924.
But the earliest record of Indian citizenship was the Legislature of Treaty of Dancing Rabbit Creek in 1831.

Is there a reason for this disparity?

I would think it had something to do with the Indian Nations being nations unto themselves? I'll be watching this, as I'm curious too.

Yeah, it was a Supreme Court screwup.

Misapplication of the 14th Amendment in order to favor a political party (Democrats) and insure a loyal voting base.

This is not apples & oranges. Its abuse of the 14th amendment by illegals & their offspring.

Why were Indians not considered citizens when they fought in most of our wars when illegals children are granted instant citizenship by breaking our laws?
