Obama’s website downplays de facto amnesty (illegal aliens, unemployment, campaign)

President Barack Obama’s campaign website is downplaying the stunning news about his de facto amnesty of at least 800,000 illegal-immigrants, possibly for fear of push back from his African-American base amid record unemployment.....less than half of eligible African-American men aged 18 to 29 are in the full-time workforce, according to figures by the Bureau of Labor Statistics

Of course he's going to downplay it. He just bought a huge chunk of latino votes while hoping the African American constituency doesn't realize he just dumped hundreds of thousands people into the same job market that serves a black community suffering 25% unemployment....even 50% in some areas and demographics.

First, I believe that the Obama administration is deliberately under-estimating the number of so-called "children" at 800,000 that would be affected by his E.O.
Second, who ever heard of a 21 year old to 30 year old individual being classified as a "child"?
Third, the Obama Administration is also deliberately ignoring the fact that for every one of those "children", there are two adult parents who are also here illegally that they are NOT counting. What about them? Do they get one of those "get out of jail free" cards as well? Do they get to stay here indefinitely? The administration also claims to be willing to "legalize" the "children" if they are members of our armed forces. Where in the constitution does it say that non-U.S. citizens can serve in our military? Does that mean that illegal aliens from China, Iran, Iraq, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Pakistan, N. Korea, Russia, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia and other not-so friendly countries are also eligible to serve in our military?

No surprise in this tactic. Obama is despartly seeking any votes he thinks he can get (even from the illegals) to attempt to maintain his power.

I think that this will backfire on him.

I'm still trying to figure out if Obama just thought that black Americans especially unemployed black Americans and also white unemployed Americans would just not notice? Or does he assume that they are that solid a voting blok that they will run out and cast a vote for him no matter what?

Or was this an act of desperation? Is he rattled by the thought of losing the election that he figured the illegals outnumber the unemployed and/or blacks that he should just go for it?

He wasn't thinking clearly -- that's obvious. He already had the votes of the illegals, they aren't a swing vote population. He had the votes of the blacks and probably most of the unemployed --- but maybe not so much anymore.

And now he's backpeddling, trying to downplay it. Obviously he's no longer proud fo this or he'd be all over the place boasting about it. I bet he's starting to feel a lot of anger of unemployed Americans that just saw all hopes of a job be wiped out. He really should be treated as a traitor to the American people.
