That's because in recent years Calif. has turned into a liberal state with the most illegal aliens in it of all states and their advocates.

Oh, please ... not that baseless argument. People have been whining about California being a "liberal" state for a very long time. It's not as if the whine is something new. And in case you don't understand the law, "illegal aliens" don't have the right to vote.

Default How do they handle

It's federal law, like it or not. Where I am, Texas, we have tons of Hispanic kids who enroll. They only need to prove that they live in the district. I had my child in the district for several years. Had to prove that she lived where she did, did not have to provide a social if I didn't want to.
... the required vaccinations?

^But that gets waived. Some years back, The Washington Post in one of their regular illegal alien sob stories, wrote about an illegal who lived in a flophouse filled with about 20 people. She had no proof of residence since none of the utility bills were in her name. So she didn't register her kids for school. Someone noticed her kids running around outside when school was in session so she came to the attention of the authorities. She told them her sob story and arrangements were made to enroll her kids in school!

I don't know about you but for me it doesn't matter which party an AG belongs to. What matters is if s/he respects the laws. Holder certainly does not have respect for the laws.

It's not baseless at all. I know, I live in Calif. and watched the transformation in our state over the years. Why do you consider opposition to illegal immigration "a whine"? I never said anything about illegal aliens being able to vote (even though there is evidence that some do). It is the Hispanic citizen vote that our politicians are falling over themselves for by promising amnesty for their illegal brethren. We have a large Hispanic population here both legal and illegal. Any attempts to deter illegal immigration in our state or to reduce their access to benefits is met with vehement opposition by their advocates.

If talking about Jim Crow: I'd refer to Bull Connor and his boys too. Sometimes I think Holder and his kind are the kids of Connor and his kind with their prejudice against certain Americans. Black people in 1964 and Black, white, and so on people in 2014 who ain't anchor babies.

As a matter of fact, yes I do. The problem with the present AG is that he is totally driven by politics for the good of his party. Additionally, the lies he puts forth show that he is not interested in the laws but only his own opinions and attempts to twist the laws to suit his agenda.

To a degree, yes. They believed what they were told (and not told about his actions) instead of doing the research for themselves.

Yeah as much as a lot of people don't like the fact that illegal aliens can go to public school in the US their is nothing we can do to stop them. The law is on their side unless we deport their parents or give the businesses that are causing this problem excessive fines. That's the only way to solve this problem and prevent it from happening but our government doesn't seem to want to do that (and hasn't done it for decades). Then again the people hurt by these policies the most no one cares about them. Thane Krios would call wall working class and impoverished Americans the drala fa (the ignored).
