The wall has no effect on these folk. They will come in through the normal lanes or boat across the river. Neither would be impacted by the wall.
You guys seem to feel that the wall would prevent these people from setting foot on American territory. It won't. They simply walk in to the US entry point. Once on it they are in. The Mexicans do not have to accept an Honduran back. Fact of life.
