First of all, who is saying a hate crime was committed? Have some of you even read the whole story or are you just accepting what the girl is saying and discarding all the other important evidence or information aside?
not only is it hopeless it's deliberately caculated with every post to throw you off of the initial topic: criminal acts and illegal aliens. It's always the same 3 stooges every time too.
I'm willing to bet that school will be losing more than a few students during that investigation. I'd also bet my life that those who got offended and attacked that poor child are illegal aliens or the product thereof.

Gee, maybe you can attend Jamiel Shaw's funeral and tell his classmates, friends and family how you really feel about illegal aliens and their anchor babies. Or if you're in the illegal alien cesspool known as LA tonight you can attend the forum and sign the petition to help pass Jamiel's law.
It is an assumption but not a big stretch to think that the Latino students so angered by this that they would physically assault someone might have some personal ties to the issue.

For me this is the bottom line:
If a hispanic student had made a sign for the same history class that said "white people go back to europe this is our land" or something along that line, I suspect he would not have been allegedly assaulted by white students. If he had been, I would expect that the white students who allegedly attacked him receive the appropriate punishment. I would NOT be here defending their alleged actions by obfuscation.

I'm guessing from this post that you haven't bothered to watch the news report that I posted a link to. So much for your claim to be 'looking at ALL the facts'...
