Side note here: overseas us Americans of any racial background would be considered to be the same basic ethnicity. Having met several English people who happen to be Black; I perceived them as Brits---------their accents and mannerisms pegged 'em as such despite being 'Negro'
I agree with all of you. The fact that elmuychingon insists on turning this into a matter of race as opposed to illegal immigration, serves as confirmation of their denial and inability to accept the reality, cause and effect of the current American anger and backlash.

A persons speaking ability or fluency of a language has NO BEARING on the individuals ethnicity. They could be of any race you choose to pick and still speak the language of the country they reside in.
Case in point. After the 1956 uprising in Hungary where my mother was born she and my dad visited Budapest. My mother was standing at a corner and heard two people talking in Hungarian (of course). She thought that one person was speaking so eloquently and turned her head to see them. The one speaking was a Black individual. She never saw any blacks there in the 1920's before imigrating in 1929. So you see that Race or ethnicity has no bearing on the language choose to speak.
Couple of months ago saw a Japanese woman in San Ysidro Calif...heard her speak in Spanish...could have been a Hispanic...complimented her on the Spanish and her reply was that she lived in Mexico...so do I... but mine is not even close to her expertise and pronouncing of the words. She spoke like a native to her son about 8yrs old who also answered back in Spanish.
Bottom line is that it can be done. Simple test...hear someone speaking with a different accent and try to guess what nationality they are without looking at them first. You might be surprised.

Those "anti-illegal" types literally search everything on the web, not just illegal, but Mexican and leave a string of comments. Regardless of what the story is.
National news, local news from towns they are nowhere near, music videos, whatever. They're like trolls.
Some people spend their whole week literally googling for dirt on illegals.
For 1 there is a huge difference between every white or hispanic criminal and condemning illegals and their crimes.
For another who gives shelter to said illegals? Who looks the other way and even helps to support them?
Who is demanding special rights for illegals?

Apples and oranges. We’re not discussing U.S. citizens defending the behavior of other U.S. citizens; Black, White, Asian or Hispanic. We are discussing Hispanic-Americans defending Hispanic foreign invaders.
No one is justifying bigotry and hate; and the citizens in this particular community are simply responding to the criminal element within the illegal alien population. You can’t expect citizens of this country to embrace illegal aliens who commit violent crimes, anymore than they would welcome criminals who are U.S. citizens. Their rage is justified.
What is mind-boggling and indefensible, is the fact that many Hispanics justify ALL behavior of illegal aliens -- even the most heinous crimes are not condemned. How on earth can any ‘moral’ being justify murder, rape, or other acts of violence simply due to shared ethnicity, or a fear of being ostracized by others of their ethnic group?
