Times are hard. A business man has to do what he has to do. The Americans have it stuck in their heads they are to good to work for $10/hr for some hard work. They want to do blue collar, but at $25/hr. That's the reason the Auto companies went broke and weren't turning a profit. You want to make $75k a year...you have to earn it by getting an education for a career that will pay you that. But don't ask a farmer to pay you $20 hr to work on his farm.
It all depends on whether or not that business man has any morals or scruples and honors the laws of our country. Obviously you think it is ok to break the law to stay in business. No the US Auto companies went broke for other reasons.
An uncompromising Union that forced a horrendous retirement program on the big 3.
Short sighted leadership.
Short sighted Government interferance ( not to mention corrupt)
Lop sided Trade agreements that did not protect US manufacturing.
Poor product design once again poor leadership.
These caused the down fall more than anything else. Payroll is comparable to what Japanese auto makers are paying.

Mark Twain, the famous gringo author, once remarked, "There is no humor in Heaven". Twain meant that every joke has a 'butt'...and only in a 'perfect place' would this not be so. Here on Earth, we laugh...and if we're not laughing at ourselves, we're laughing at someone else.

Not all jokes...But some jokes are clearly wrong, and not meant at inciting humor. This was an example.

Well, laws should change to benefit all persons. Actually, illegal immigrants don't really depress wages. They aren't typically in the same sectors as the average American.

Laws should benefit all legal citizens. They should be about what is right for legal citizens....
We should not be writing laws to benefit those who made the choice to come here illegally.
