Hey Folks,
I work downtown Indy and have been commuting from Bloomington. Just sold my house and looking for a great place to live that is not Broadripple (just because, that's why). Right now I'm looking in Johnson and Hendricks counties. Looking to buy a house with a big yard near all amenities, $150K max. Would love to be around parks and trails. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Why single out BR and then say you want to live in Hendricks and Johnson? Why even bring BR up in a thread geared toward Johnson and Hendricks County?

So, are you saying that you want to live in a more suburban environment south or west of downtown? If so, I don't doubt that you can find a great place in your price range in either Plainfield or Greenwood. You may also consider southern Marion County/Indy. I like the Southport/Homecroft area myself.

Hendricks County is a great area, and you can find what you describe here easily. I live in Avon and love it, you should check it out, along with Brownsburg and Plainfield
