I was given a kitten that had distemper and was not expected to live but I gave her some colloidal silver and put some in her eyes and a day or so she cleared right up.
She had been found originally in the back seat of an abandoned car and taken to a pet store for advise and they wouldn't have it. I just happen to be there.
Being some what wild I gave her space, but she found her way out side and well I need not elaborate .
Around here there are 2 Farrell cats tat bum around catching mice and disturbing my chickens ,and I have a bob cat as well giving me grief . It just challenges me to build better enclosures got the birds . Which reminds me I need to go out and close thing up.
We have 2 dogs. Rescued them at 2 years old, all 2 years having been spent in a breeders cage. Our last dog we rescued at 11 yrs of age. Only got 2 years with that sweetie. It’s easy enough to follow halacha when it comes to a dog. Cats are probably easier.

It's nice that the mayor of Jerusalem wants to set up feeding stations "with an NIS 100,000 annual budget," but I think that some of those funds would be put to better use implementing a "trap-neuter-release" program for the feral cats.
