Interesting! My dad tried to do a FSBO but gave up when someone kept stealing his homemade yard signs. Your grandfather managed to sell the house pretty quickly.

The Alton Plaza Kroger Store was not on the corner of 23rd & Forest. It was on the west side of the shopping center which was the corner of 23rd and Norton.
