I think the old QuikTrip at 31st and Southwest Blvd. stretched across both states indoors too. The new one should be entirely in Missouri.

I find subjects like these to be fascinating. Doing a quick overhead search rendering polygons over state lines bears out this big fortress which definitely crosses state lines:

When I lived in New Mexico, I frequented an establishment that served alcohol, that was on the state line of Texas and New Mexico, and the place had to adhere to two different state statues when it came to serving alcohol: for instance, alcohol cannot be sold on Sunday before noon in New Mexico, but can be in Texas.

The Cal-Neva Lodge at Lake Tahoe is built on the state line. The lodging part is in California, the casino is in Nevada. The state line is marked where it runs through the lobby and through the swimming pool.

The bar Flora-bama straddles the state lines of (you guessed it) Florida and Alabama. I remember drinking Shirley Temples there as a kid when my mom would stop on the way back from Gulf Shores to Fairhope for a Powerball ticket.
