We have had a Fatz building remaining unopened for a long while now In Kingsport. Right behind Burger King on John B. Dennis. I am guessing its due to lack of a parking lot to use.

Im not sure that this is a Fatz building you are referring to. I travel by that going to work daily and it appears to be some kind of offfice building with different suites in it. I would like to see another Fatz on the east side of Kingsport though.

It's a Fatz Building. No mistaking it. Its dead behind Burger King... not the building beside Burger King connected to the Strip Mall with Whites IGA. Even if they bought the land behind it (back road to Whites IGA) for parking, it just looks like it would be a bad set up. We live in that area and shop at Whites alot.

OK.. I was wrong then. Was that going to be a Fatz then..originally? It has the outside look of a Fatz and it never looked open for anything whenever I drive by there.

I saw in the JC Press yesterday that Fatz is coming to Johnson City this summer. Gave the address as West market Street and said it will seat 160 people. I heard it was in the strip center next to the Walmart on Market where Stefano's was. If that be the case, they have really trimmed down their places.

I would be excited to see them on that side of town, though its hard to envision them at that particular location. When Gondelier was at that location- it was often packed and a long wait- seems like Fatz would get even more business than that. Isnt there another parcel or two available where Walgreens is going? Would be more natural to see them build a stand alone location in there.
