Yep. And it's not like up north, where you REALLY get sick of winter, and then it lasts for two more months, anyway. Here, the seasons change exactly at the right time.

Here's the story on those trees:

The close-ups are of my tree, but it's really tiny and decrepit looking. My other one in the front is really tall but only got about seven flowers. There's a nice one in the back, and the neighbor says its mine but I don't think so. The other pic is not of my trees.

I have lots of other trees in my yard. Huge ones that create shade so that there are huge brown patches of dirt. My yard is a mess. I am willing to bet, Mystic, that your yard is nicer than mine.

ours is a mess too--we have been working on it a lot this season but there are patches of dirt EVERYWHERE and it's always amuddy mess...we didn't have a walkway to the driveway which was causingissues when people would come over because they would get all muddy. People started parking in front of the house and walking up the sidewalk but that got put to an end when my drunk neighbor plowed into my best friends car

Oh! I forgot about that! Well, I have a neighbor that takes "nerve pills."

To add to the festivities, we have a bunch of junky cars that suddenly appeared at my house.

And I'm suppose to be sitting with my feet up, so there is not a lot I can do.

Since this is a flowering trees thread I'll put in a neighbor's tree. I have no idea what it is, and she is really old and I don't want to knock on her door and bother her.

I LOVE those trees and they are in full bloom everywhere right now, but I can not remember the name of them to save my life! Anyone? They look like they are little carnation hanging upside down.
