Hello, with a trip planned to the US to reasearch the current buyers housing market in Las vegas, can anyone from the group suggest a good realtor that from personal experience comes highly recommended for initial purchase of a condo or house and then follow up with providing equally as important rental service. Being off shore we would have no problem paying above market rates for the right level of service.

I thank you for your time.

Paul

On this board I don't think anyone around is allowed to directly endorse a specific realtor.

I think you can look into who specializes in what you want.

Take a brief look on reator.com and see who has lots of listings and call them at their offices, or see if some Las Vegas papers have done some stories about really good ones.

There are at least a few realtors here who spend WAY TOO MUCH TIME monitoring the board and posting, they could direct you through mail or private messaging I would think.

Good luck.

Link me please.
I do my own oil changes, brake pads, rotors, spark plugs, CV axles and fluid replacements, but I am going to pay to have my timing chain replaced soon.

*edit* Sweet, found it with the search button!

Carl's Cool Cars will be seeing me soon.
