We used Las Vegas Handyman a couple of years ago, they did a fine job with replacing a water faucet and replacing the hose bibs in the front and back of the house.

They're in the phone book, they've been around a while as well.

Geez, I really don't remember that well, it was years ago, I just recall that it was reasonable and not exorbitant, that's why we allowed them to go ahead and do the repair.

They can tell you how much it's going to cost before they do the work, it's worth a phone call.

You might want to check Angie's List for reviews.

Check on Craigslist under services. Just make sure to tell them you want a quote before they do the job.

Recommendation:

the nearest apartment complex....one of their maintenance guys.

They'd love a side job and they are VERY experienced if they are doing that kind of thing for 500 + units.

I've used a company called Juan in a Million Handyman Service. They fixed my toilet from leaking and installed some ceiling fans. Not too expensive eithier. Ask for Juan . 702-480-9195 Home Page
