Their architecture is cutting edge and I wouldn't mind owning one of these beautiful homes.

Interesting. I shall check it out. They are obviously mostly vacant and still had sales signs up a week ago. Then again they could be using one or more of these as models and funneling elsewhere.

I shall stop and enquire.

My dh and I actually stopped in stone canyon to take a look about a month ago. They are indeed sold out and have kept one model in that development open to tour because they are using a similar layout for their other projects. there were cars in the other driveways and all the other houses looked inhabited. The model was simply stunning. You do have that problem with being just a few inches away from your neighbor but they tried to make up for that with rooftop decks and fireplaces and gorgeous custom backyard pools/spas. They are really unique. I haven't seen anything quite like them around here. There is a small development up in Lone Mountain (Day Fusion I think?) that is trying to do a similar loft type home but those don't have nearly the quality or design that stone canyon does.

Well the original is out on Fort Apache just south of Trop. That was I think the first of these five years ago. Not sure I have the location just right but around there. 30 units or so. 3000 SF lofts. One row has great strip views.

Default LVRJ: Law seen hindering home ownership

"Now might be a good time for the average Strip casino worker to buy a home in Las Vegas, but qualifying for a mortgage based on their wage earnings is going to be next-to-impossible, an executive for a local mortgage company said."

I'm aware of those as well. I believe the area code is 89148? There are 3 currently on the market, around $550K or so.
