Maybe the local kids can use it as a safehouse?Something's got to give? It should be interesting?
I would explain it to you but you would not understand. And one of my non-existent listings is closing as we speak. Always nice to get a payday.

And yes a vacant house can be useful...but again you would not understand.

YOu would of course expect the condo to be fictional...that is because it is not.

All Tony does is wait for Olecapt to post and then attack. He should really get a girlfriend or something else to obsess about.

I've seen how long your listings sit. As infrequent as they are, I'm sure paydays are nice.

No address. Listed for a year and a half. You're a real rainmaker.

I looked into getting a girlfriend but my wife objected.

You could always use the ignore fuction instead of obsessing over my posts. I'd much prefer that over your whining.

It is past your ken...

The condo has been in contract almost a year - 3 deep...as I said you don't understand the business.

Listed for over a year and a half. In contract for almost a year. It sounds like those paydays are even fewer and far between than what I imagined.

As I have said you have not the faintest idea what you are talking about but continue to push the keys none the less.

You really do need a new hobby.

The same may be said of your chosen profession. This real estate prognosticator/realtor thing doesn't seem to be your bag.

Still waiting for the properties Tony. I will admit you are smarter than your contemporary...but then again he actually risked some money.

You of course are almost certainly all talk.

But enough...we agree that you know little about RE and need a new hobby.

To be told I don't know anything about RE from a realtor that has been wrong both serially and horrifically about his very own market is a bit of a laugher. Hilarious, actually. And when you mention my contemporary, if you're referring to who I think you are, he could buy and sell you. Besides, he ignored your cheerleading and random guessing as well. I'm sure he'll be just fine.
