So my dream to live in the Southeast of the valley is gone thanks to the lease agent misleading me and then snatching my 50 bucks.

Now I'm looking at 89115, Cheyenne and North LV Blvd.

That’s a ****ed up area. Why do you refuse good advice? You know what they call the stop and shop there? The stop and shoot. Can you not afford to rent a room in Aliante or Eldorado? Just until you can save up some cash for a one bedroom?

You need to ask here before applying for apartments. Probably save you money and your life.

I did send an inquiry regarding some apartments up in Aliante. It just happens that anything along north LV boulevard is very convenient since that 113 bus goes right to the O'Callaghan Medical Center.

If it is a ****ed area, they should really charge less rent in my opinion.

I am willing to look for a roommate in some of the more desirable areas. Where is El Dorado?
To answer your question, I have more than enough cash saved up.

It looks like these two buses intersect at Nellis and Craig. I recommend contacting RTC to be sure. The times are close so you might get a changeover fairly quick.

89031 and 89130 both abut Craig Road, which is the road bus 219 uses.

Perhaps you're right. Plus the wasted application fee. Interestingly enough, 89115 is still better than 89106. (my current zip)
