What are your thoughts on the Summerhill apartments on East Owens Avenue?? I'm looking at apartments and could use some help.

East Owens is in the NE side of the valley. It's kind of inconvenient to most places except for the Air Force Base. I don't know about that specific complex, but unless you are working in the NE, I wouldn't recommend living that way. There's only one freeway entrance, at Charleston, and traffic is pretty bad that way.
