Check into it on their website or at the registrar's office.
I am very confused on "WUE". If i just plan to study in UNLV without working, can I still change my residency to in-state for a lower school fee?

Probably, I know in California the UC system blocks that by making you have to live in Cali for a least 2 years to get residency for College purposes.

Actually it's CORNELL UNIVERSITY (IVY LEAGUE) that is around the east coast that ... a great school for hotel management--but not for experience (its in the middle of a beautiful nowhere). However, UNLV is the best choice for Hospitality Management.

:]

Great choice... came to UNLV on an exchange program for Hotel Management and never looked back. Along the way... got to work in some of the most exciting Casinos and personally met some very exciting people.

Study hard and make the connections by being very active in the many Hotel Club Associations for your desired interest... You'll get juiced in to where you want to go when done... we Run the Hotels around the world.

Don't get sidetracked with all of the distractions though...

As for that east coast school so called competitor... book smart but service dumb. They come to Las Vegas or work for us for their internships. LOL!!

I would LOVE to hear more on this little tidbit of advice
I'm planning on completing my undergrad at UNLV and obtaining a hospitality bachelor's and then go on to get my masters at either UCLA or USC so I would kill to hear from someone who knows about this in greater depth... Why is a Finance-based masters better than say and econ or accounting? If you were a hospitality student at UNLV today, what would you do?

Kindly let us know, you can be of great help here, thanks in advance
