There seems to be some small stucco type houses for sale under $100k on the west end of 89104 perhaps 89101 which means near the strip-might make a good vacation home but it seems most think this isn't a great area. I just like walking rather than driving because I hate traffic.

I would think you could pick up a small condo in the LVCC for under 100K.Watch out for high HOA fees though.

You could also try the area south of Sahara behind the Palace Station. There are older places in there that get to 100K.

GuinessJim also pointed out Huntridge. A long walk and you may have problems getting under a 100K.

use the street view feature on google maps...that will give a little feel for the area

Wonder if there's any new news about this area - maybe a duplex would be nice.I do think prices are going to drop further.

There are some pretty nice looking condos on St. Louis that look really new. not sure how much they cost though. They are just a block or so east of MD parkway, a little over 1 mile from the Stratosphere.
