That's something you don't hear. They aren't losing money on the take, they just aren't winning as much as usual. But it's the stock they're worried about. If casinos were still privately owned they wouldn't be worried so much.

A Generation of Local TV Anchors is Signing Off (and not by choice)
The economy is having an effect on local TV stations' news departments. Personally, I hated it when news took over local TV, and I'd still like to see them get back to being an entertainment medium.
