I just saw this over on Channel 3's website. I'm not into texting while I drive, and I always wear a headset. I wonder if that idiot will sign this.

Thank God that Nevada doesn't have an income tax! Could you imagine how high it would be if we had to pay for his text messages?

Not only texting, but I'd like to see the restriction of cell phone use while driving as well.

There's a lot of gray area here.

Although texting while in motion is dumb, I don't see anything wrong with checking your messages at a red light, for example. Or checking your phone when traffic is at a standstill.

I think it really comes down to common sense.

how do they know if ur really texting or checking directions or finding a phone number? this law is up to so much interpretation...
