That is a common fallacy about criminal records. The truth is you cannot EVER expunge a felony, unless it is set up that way at sentencing, under very narrowly defined state by state guidelines.
A RARE number of people manage to get pardoned after a lot of years. But for 99 percent of felons the record is until the day they die. It is why I fight so hard against bias when it comes to felons. Someone who bounces a $502 check, not able to rent an apartment or get a decent job for the remainder of life is not being treated fairly in my opinion.

hate to break it to ya...but unless it was set up at sentencing to expunge, no amount of money is going to make it happen. Was yours set up to expunge? My son's was.. (but he failed a drug test three years in so he can never expunge)...but if he had maintained the privilege to do it, the cost was going to be about $3,000.

THAT Sarah mlove is why MOST of the hiring is done by people with a brain.

So long as the applicant doesnt try to hide ANYthing.

I could care less if they kited a check [so long as they made it good eventually and have paid all their societal debts.]

NOW....if they decided that they could use a guests credit card number to order a new BONG from "Webepotsmokers n shot" THAT is totally differant and I can guarantee they will not even dig ditches in my Hotel.....[assuming of course that we even HAD a ditch to be dug]

And that is true even if I find a misdemeanor of accidently overcharging your 50 cent tip and making it $5

Yes, Dyn, but all the brains in the world do not override corporate rules.
Yanno, I have always wondered if servers ever do that with tips on charge receipts. I always leave a cash tip and place a big line and ZERO on the slip I sign.
(Hiding bong from the 1970's).... innocent whistling.
Wait... I bought that with my own money. I would never steal from anyone. So do I get to play? LOL
