Heard some rumors that Williams Sonoma is hiring. Don't know for sure if it's true.

Went to a job fair at Williams Sonoma today. 90 seasonal positions open. Started at noon, more than 100 people applied. Call center sales type position, $9.40/hr way out in Summerlin.

Interesting. Wages are going down. When they advertised this same job on Monster in August, it was just over $10/hr.

I've been calling the Integrity number for Amazon jobs every day and nothing in Vegas.

I think I'll go see if the Williams Sonoma retail stores are hiring anyone locally. I've got my eye on a toaster and I want it really bad! It's so expensive it's ridiculous but if I had that employee discount.......

Called the number for Amazon today and they have openings in Vegas. Left my name and number as instructed. Now I'll see what happens.

Going to Primm today to apply at Williams Sonoma for Holiday work. It's a crap shoot on money with the drive but my car gets over 50 MPG so I think it's doable.
