He can get a transfer with the company he works with but I am a college student and would be looking for a job in retail or customer service to get me through school. Are these jobs hard to find in this area? Also, when school is finished will I have a hard time trying to get a job in that area with an associates in business management? Just curious if it is mostly labor jobs, farm jobs etc. or if I can actually get a job in that area with my degree. Thank you for your help.

Right now the economy in AR is better than the national average, but what type of jobs, that could be another story.
Conway is becoming a popular place with some nice areas. I am not going to begin to tackle the question about finding work after graduation. No one knows what will happen in a year or two. How much longer do you have before getting your degree? Yes, you are right AR is a good place to raise a family.
